Who I am & My mission
Hi, I’m Gustavo Ventura
I’m the heart and hands behind Shasta Senior Assistance. My passion lies in providing one-on-one home health visits because I believe every senior deserves compassionate, attentive care tailored to their unique needs.
My Mission
To help my clients feel safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. I’m here to offer not just expert support, but meaningful companionship that enriches their lives.

My Background & Experience
I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with extensive hands-on experience in senior and hospice care. Currently, I’m advancing my expertise by working toward my Home Health Aide (HHA) license, so I can provide even more comprehensive care.
My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, which has equipped me to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families through clear and empathetic communication. Additionally, my Associate of Arts (AA) in Spanish allows me to provide bilingual support, ensuring comfort and understanding for Spanish-speaking clients.

What Makes My Care Different?
At Shasta Senior Assistance, I’m committed to delivering care that truly makes a difference. Here’s what sets me apart:
Personalized, One-on-One Care
No rotating caregivers. You’ll always know who’s coming to help, ensuring consistency and trust.
